Peter Church is an international lawyer and corporate adviser who has lived and worked in the South East Asian region for more than 35 years and is based in Singapore. Peter advises a varied group of major international companies in relation to their Asian investment and trading activities. Peter Church was born in Sydney and has spent almost his entire career as a lawyer and corporate adviser in the markets of South East Asia and India. In 1994 he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) by the Australian Government for promotion of business between Australia and South East Asia. He has been appointed an Adjunct Professor at Curtin Business School, a Distinguished Professor at Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management in New Delhi and a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Great Lakes Institute of Management in Chennai. Erwin Budiharto has extensive investment banking experience in a wide range of industries including time with Merril Lynch in the US but his principal area of expertise and interest for a number of years has been the Indonesian mining and resources sector (with a recent focus on iron ore, coal and manganese). Presently he is the Founder and Ceo of PT Windu Bentalanusa - an Iron Ore mining in Flores NTB,Indonesia as well as Coal mining/export from Kalimantan, Indonesia. Choo Lye Heng has over 30 years experience in banking and corporate finance, and has been extensively involved in fund-raising transactions (tapping the equity and debt capital markets) and in mergers and acquisitions. He has a successful track record in the institutions that he worked for, including the ING Group, and Banque Indosuez, which has a very long history of doing business in Asia. Lye Heng was Managing Director of Indosuez' Investment Banking unit in Singapore up to 1996. Deming Chung has been with AFG Venture Group as an Associate Director since 2010. He has 8 years of experience spanning finance, entrepreneurial start-ups and business development consulting. He has prior experience with Barclays Capital as an Analyst supporting the Debt Syndications business; he performed due diligence on global loan syndication deals and provided direct support to the business line COO. During his tenure, he built up in depth knowledge in syndications as well as banking systems, processes and infrastructure. For the last 20 years he has been Chairman and director of and/or advisor to, and shareholder in, various private and listed companies, including ICT and mining/exploration companies, and other technology companies.
