Christine Cussen is a business builder with over 20 years experience as an MD & CEO in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

She is passionate about growing businesses, customers, people and the bottom line. Christine has been privileged to have worked in Australia, North America, Europe & Asian territories, with both global multi-nationals and entrepreneurial ASX listed start-ups organizations in very diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, industrials, government and innovation.

Her executive career encompasses roles as Country Manager (Chief Executive Officer), Zeneca Pharmaceuticals (Australia & New Zealand), Managing Director of Eiffel Technologies Limited, an ASX Listed Biotechnology Company that she took global, General Manager, Innovation & Technology with the Dulux Group & more recently Christine was Chief Executive Officer of the Smart Water Fund.

She has a track record of success in business transformation and growth, M&A, capital raising, international business development & licensing, technology commercialization and the strategic management of innovation.

Christine is a Board Member of Camberwell Girls Grammar School & is Chair of their Governance & Risk Committee .She is also an industry adviser to the National Health and Medical Research Council and a mentor with Swinburne Universitys Bioreactor Centre in Medical Devices and to several digital healthcare companies.

Christine is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has business and science qualifications from Swinburne University of Technology and Monash University.
